The maintenance program is quite a well thought out program, which is undoubtedly
different from our routine exercises and observations. It ensures imparting special
workouts pertaining to each and every part of the body concerned with our
respiratory system. All this is done with the ultimate purpose of optimising the flow of
oxygen in our system swiftly. I consider Maintenance Program as an All-in-one
Program for Pulmonary Rejuvenation, in addition to regular rehabilitation therapy.

The new program introduced in July 2024 is a carefully planned and designed
program. The positive point is that the group is doing everything together, from
warming up to other exercises, and as it's said, "Together Each Achieves More"
(Team), it holds good and benefits every member. Big kudos to the team at PPRC for
their thoughtful idea and look forward to many such initiatives in times to come.

PPRC maintenance program has been a great help for all the participants. It has
made everyone realize the importance of exercising daily. These sessions help us to
tackle the difficulties we face in day-to-day life. It has given great confidence to
everyone and made us realize that it is possible to have a near normal life despite of
the lung disease. Thanks a lot, to all the PPRC staff for the efforts they are taking to
make our life wonderful.
