about us
Welcome to the Pratibha Prabhakar Pulmonary Rehabilitation Centre (PPRC), Mumbai's premier exclusive pulmonary rehabilitation centre.
Founded by Dr. Pralhad and Dr. Vaishali Prabhudesai in 2012, PPRC is devoted to improving the quality of life for patients suffering from chronic respiratory diseases. Named in honor of Dr. Prabhudesai’s parents, “Pratibha and Prabhakar,” our centre embodies a deep commitment to family values and community service.
Innovation in treatment and patient education are pillars at our centre. We are proud to offer evidence based in-person, long term maintenance, tele-based, and home-based pulmonary rehabilitation programs, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all our patients. Our holistic approach encompasses yoga therapy, nutritional guidance, psychological support, educational sessions, vaccination advice, thorough discussions on medical reports, and pulmonary function testing, empowering our patients with comprehensive knowledge and effective self-management techniques. Additionally, our commitment to advancing lung health is attributed to ongoing research and professional training programs for healthcare professionals interested in pulmonary rehabilitation.
Come and be a part of PPRC, where we are dedicated to breathing new life into the lungs of Mumbai and beyond.
